RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is an attempt by arav lab solutions to maintain the trademark, high-quality customer care that its customers have come to expect. This policy will give the methods, rules, restrictions, and legal considerations for the administration of returned items in situations of quality, refund, and other swaps of unanticipated or unwanted products and commodities to the company’s workers, staff, as well as the customers themselves.
SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
The said policy will assist and guide the company’s employees, staff, and even customers in the procedures, guidelines, limitations, & legal considerations regarding the management of returned products in cases of quality, refund, as well as other exchanges of unintended or undesirable products and goods (“items”). Furthermore, this policy applies to all things sold by the company, both perishable and non-perishable, and is subject to and limited to the items’ warranty duration & condition upon return.
PERISHABLES
Chemicals, reagents, and other items having a short shelf life
NON-PERISHABLES
Items having a longer, and in some circumstances, infinite shelf life, such as equipment, electrical appliances, hardware, glassware and instruments, and so on.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The time during which free repair and adjustment services are provided in the event of a problem occurring during regular usage while following instruction manuals. At the time of the respective deal, one must go through the teaam and conditions.
ITEM RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE
For foreign consumers, anything bought from the company may be returned, replaced, or reimbursed within 30 days of receipt. Customers must produce the item’s receipt or other evidence of purchase to the officer-in-charge before they may get a refund or exchange. Items returned without the need for a purchase receipt after the return time has expired or in conditions other than reasonable wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
EXCHANGE
Product exchange only applies to returned items due to errors, unplanned purchases, damages & defects on the item, or the item’s expiry date at the time of purchase. Items returned for exchange will be subjected to a stringent inspection procedure before being replaced. Items that are unavailable for replacement will be immediately reimbursed.
REFUND
Refunds are only available for products returned and if product exchange is prohibited due to a lack of equivalent items. No reimbursements shall be issued until the officer-in-charge has assessed or determined the condition of the returned item or the availability of a replacement item.
SERVICE WARRANTIES
Items bought from the company may be returned to take advantage of servicing guarantees provided by the manufacturers. Customers must show the officer-in-charge the item’s receipt and warranty certificate. Items returned after their guarantee terms have expired, without warranty certificates, or in a state that exceeds reasonable wear and tear will not be accepted.
CONDITION OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT
A damaged or defective item acquired under the policy’s terms may be returned only in its original packaging with the original tags attached. Items being returned for warranty servicing must be in the same condition as when they were originally delivered unless otherwise noted in the owner’s handbook. The officer in charge will conduct a thorough examination of all returned goods.
